Level Up with headspace Fremantle
headspace Fremantle are running four evidence based groups during May and June to help young people learn skills to get the most out of life.
4pm, 16th May: Physical Health for Mental Wellbeing
4pm, 23rd May: Understanding and Accepting Myself
4pm, 30th May: Understanding My Anger
4pm, 6th June: Managing My Feelings
Each group runs for 1 hour and 15 minutes and is open to anyone aged 12 to 25, not just headspace clients. People can attend all groups or just the topics that interest them.
Parents and carers are welcome to attend groups with their child so the whole family can be part of important conversations about self care.
