Peer Support at headspace Fremantle
Meet Carter (he/him), our Peer Support Worker at headspace Fremantle!
Carter is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space where young people feel heard, supported and understood.
Drawing on his own lived experience with mental health challenges and navigating transgender healthcare, Carter understands that everyone's journey is different. He knows how valuable it can be to have someone who truly gets it and is here to walk alongside young people as they navigate life's ups and downs.
Peer support is all about you. Because headspace is a voluntary service, you're always in control of what you share, and what your sessions look like depends on what feels right for you. Whether that's chatting over a coffee, going for a walk, getting creative, or simply having someone to listen, Carter is here to support you in a way that works best for you.
