headspace Fremantle is moving! to 39 Adelaide Street from July 16th

Where are you moving to?

We are moving to 39 Adelaide Street Fremantle  from Thursday July 16th 2026.

 

Will there be service interruptions?

·         headspace Fremantle at 60-62 Pakenham Street will close from July 8th, 2026

·         During this relocation time we will offer telehealth appointments only.

·         Young people already seeing a counsellor at headspace Fremantle will be offered telehealth (online) appointments during this closure period with their current headspace clinician/counsellor.

·         Our new Centre will open on in person appointments and services at the new Centre on Thursday July 16 2026. 

·         We will make sure that everyone who has an appointment around this time knows where to go and will receive a reminder text.

 

Will your contact details change?

·         No, our phone number and email will stay the same. 

 

 How do I make an appointment at the new site?

·         You can make an appointment by calling the headspace Fremantle reception on 9431 7453 or via email info@headspacefreo.com.au

 

Will your operating hours and times change?

·         Up until closing the old Centre on Wednesday July 8, headspace Fremantle will maintain its current operating hours and days: Monday to Friday is 8.30am – 4.30pm, with evening appointments available on Tuesday and Wednesdays until 6.30pm.

 

·         There will be no services available at Packenham Street (the old site) on Wednesday July 8th, Thursday July 9th or Friday July 10, 2026.

 

 

Is the new building fully accessible?

·         Absolutely! headspace Fremantle is an accessible, inclusive and safe space reserved for services, supports and programs for young people. There is lift access, accessible bathrooms, vision/hearing impairment aids, quiet/sensory spaces and more.  

·         We will have one disability parking bay available for young people to use situated in the Wilsons car park next to the Centre.

 

Where in the building will you be located?

·         The main entrance is located at the front of the building at 39 Adelaide Street. From the underground carpark you can access headspace via the lift to the ground floor foyer.

 

 How do I get to the new site?

·         We are a short walk from the Fremantle Train Station and Coles shopping centre, just past Chemist Warehouse.

·         We have a bus stop directly outside our building at Adelaide St After Parry St ( Stop ID: 10427)

·         The short walk from the bus stops is along a sealed footpath accessible for wheelchairs.

 

Is there parking at the new site?

·         There is unfortunately no free parking available.

·         We will have one disabled car park in the  Wilson carpark underneath our building.

·         If you’re driving, parking is limited on Adelaide Street, with the first 30 minutes free. You can use the easypark app to pay.

 

Paid parking is also available in the Wilson carpark underneath our building. Download the Wilson Parking App to easily pay for your parking directly from your phone and access discounts.
