Attention: Parents, Carers and friends of young people

At headspace Tamworth (and its outposts Gunnedah, Moree and Narrabri) we believe that family and friend participation is fundamental to the delivery of quality services for young people.

We hope to establish a Family and Friends advisory group and we are looking for family and friend volunteer representatives to assist our centres in improving our services and championing a culture of family inclusive practice.

• 
  Are you a family member/carer or friend of a young person who is or has accessed support from a headspace centre and are passionate about advocating for youth mental health?
  · Do you want your voice to be heard about mental health, physical and sexual health, work & study and alcohol & other drug issues for young people in the community and help make headspace Tamworth (and its outposts) the best possible service for young people?
  · We are looking for motivated volunteers who are interested in our upcoming Family & Friends advisory group to advocate for issues that are relevant and matter to them.
