While you wait to start counselling you may like to come in and participate in an info session on headspace National’s Digital Mental Health Programs with one of our Mental Health Workers

In this session the headspace National Digital Mental Health Programs will be explained by a worker and you can spend some time navigating your headspace account (if you haven’t signed up already, we’ll help you do that)
