Legal Services


Legal Aid NSW and Elizabeth Evatt Community Legal Centre are expanding regular services to help young people in Bathurst with free advice on common everyday legal problems. This new service will run fortnightly, on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month, between 11am-2pm at headspace Bathurst.

Young people will be able to get advice on a range of problems including:

  • Fines and drivers' licence
  • Phone and electricity bills
  • Debts and loans
  • Complaints about Police
  • Employment
  • Centrelink
  • Tenancy
  • LGBQTI issues and discrimination
  • Family law
  • Domestic Violence
  • Victims Support Scheme.
