Administration Officer, headspace Dubbo
Join a dynamic, supportive environment and lend your administrative expertise to our team! As an Administration Officer reporting directly to the Centre Manager, you will undertake day-to-day reception tasks, accurate data entry, billing, general office and administration duties to ensure the smooth running of the service.
The successful applicant will be someone who meets the following criteria:
- Demonstrated experience providing administrative support in a busy office environment.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment, whilst maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Experience with Medicare and finance billing.
