Taking Care of Your headspace After a Natural Disaster

it is important to take care of our headspace at anytime but when a natural disaster hits (like yesterday's flash flooding in the Hunter Region) our mental health can get put on the backburner. Natural disasters can add extra stress and throw us out of routine especially if homes are damaged or yourself or family members are injured.

headspace has a great resource you can check out which has loads of helpful pointers to look after yourself in these situations.
