headspace Collingwood is running weekly workshops for young people each month, where you will learn important information and skills that can help improve your mental health and wellbeing.

Workshops
Week 1 Workshop: Modern Living in Iso Life as a young person can be pretty tough, especially in the current climate. Lean skills to actively solve problems in your daily lives, ways to stay connected during COVID-19 and the important of communication
Week 2 Workshop: Putting Yourself First Want to be able to treat yourself with as much care as you’d show a friend? Learn about self-compassion and ways to practice kindness. You will also learn to become more aware of your inner and outer worlds by using strategies to stay focused on the present moment
Week 3 Workshop: Recognising and Managing Mood Learn how to identify signs and symptoms of common mental health issues, become more reflective and engage in activities that will promote self-care and improve mood.
Week 4 Workshop: Eat, Sleep & Repeat Learn about the importance of sleep, nutrition and their impact on mood. You will also learn tips and strategies to help get a good night’s sleep and get the most energy from your food!
