Parent and Carer peer support group coming to headspace Geelong!

Caring for a young person with a mental illness can often be a daunting and isolating experience. This monthly group provides parents and carers with an opportunity to meet other people with shared experiences and provides a forum to discuss, debrief, share and learn.

CareSpace will run from the headspace Geelong building, 105 Yarra Street Geelong, on a monthly basis, with the first gathering on Wednesday November 20th at 6pm. During the first meeting themes for upcoming groups will be decided on.
