Doctors Appointments are Available

Bundaberg headspace has a bulk-billing GP available two days a week.

Dr Adeel Khan is taking new patients, aged 12 to 25 years with appointments available on Tuesdays and Fridays between 8.30am and 4.30pm. To make an appointment please call our reception on 4152 3931.

A young person does not need to be attending headspace or utilising the mental health services to see the doctor. 

Dr Khan has been practising in Bundaberg for over five years and he is looking forward to building relationships with young people at headspace. “I find the most important part about seeing young people is listening and building mutual respect for one another,” Dr Khan said.

“We all have our challenges in life; some physical, others emotional, social, financial, or even environmental. It is often not easy talking about these things, especially to a doctor, but it is important to know that help is available. If someone wants to just come in for a chat, that’s fine too, we don't always have to talk medicine.” he said.
