R U OK? Conversation Convoy

In the lead up to R U OK? Day 2017 on 14 September, the team from R U OK? have hit the road, travelling 14,000kms across Australia on the Conversation Convoy.

The convoy will build on the question “are you ok?” by reinforcing the 4 Steps to a conversation, empowering people to ask, listen, encourage action and check in.

With over 20 stops across the country, each location will host a community event highlighting the valuable mental health support services available within communities nationwide. There are BBQs, live music, children’s activities and interactive ways to learn the four steps of R U OK? Day.

14 headspace centres have partnered up with the Conversation Convoy at their respective locations including:

  • Broome
  • Osborne Park
  • Kalgoorlie
  • Adelaide
  • Mount Gambier
  • Ballarat
  • Hobart
  • Collingwood
  • Camperdown
  • Dubbo
  • Tamworth
  • Woolloongabba
  • Bundaberg
  • Cairns
