eheadspace live info session: my parents have separated - what happens to me?

headspace photo library Family 131 Copy

When parents decide to separate, it can leave the family feeling upset, confused and sometimes shocked.

While they try to deal with the situation and their emotions, you might start to worry about having to decide who you are going to live, if one of your parents have already moved on with someone else or feeling like the situation was because of your fault.

It can be a confusing and difficult time for everyone involved and you may not know what to do or who to turn to for advice and support.

Take this opportunity to speak anonymously online to our mental health professionals and hear from other young people about their experiences and questions around their parents separating.

Join us on Thursday 19 November from 5.00-6.00pm (AEDST) for a live web chat.
