Fill Your Boots | AFL x headspace

Whether it's spending time with family and friends, getting outdoors, enjoying hobbies, checking in with a mate or chatting to a mental health professional when needed, we all have different ways of looking after our mental health and wellbeing.

We’ve partnered with AFL, our official charity partner, to reflect on how we fill our boots and prioritise our mental health and wellbeing.
