We are open 9am – 1am (Melbourne time) 7 days a week for a 1-on-1 chat with a trained clinician. It’s a confidential, free and a safe space to talk about what’s going on.

Access a variety of our safe and supportive online community chats that provide a great way to connect with others, and share resources that are helpful to you. Connect with other young people, family and friends with similar experiences to you.
