Join the Push-Up Challenge with headspace Tuggeranong This June, we're getting active and showing our support for the mental health of young people in South Canberra again by taking part in the Push-Up Challenge! How can you get involved? Join our team: Put your strength to the test and do push-ups with us throughout June! (Take on 3,307 push-ups over 23 days, representing the lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2024) This can be push-ups, sit-ups, squats, walking - anything you want to challenge yourself. It’s a great way to raise awareness for mental health, get active, and support young people in our community. headspace Tuggeranong is a free mental health service that supports young people ages 12-25 with mild to moderate mental health concerns and we would love your support to raise funds for our service and Make a donation: Your support helps local young people access the mental health services and programs advocated by the 2025 headspace Tuggeranong Youth Reference Group Members.
