Join the Push-Up Challenge with headspace Tuggeranong

This June, we're getting active and showing our support for the mental health of young people in South Canberra again by taking part in the Push-Up Challenge!

How can you get involved?

Join our team: Put your strength to the test and do push-ups with us throughout June! (Take on 3,307 push-ups over 23 days, representing the lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2024) This can be push-ups, sit-ups, squats, walking - anything you want to challenge yourself.

It’s a great way to raise awareness for mental health, get active, and support young people in our community. headspace Tuggeranong is a free mental health service that supports young people ages 12-25 with mild to moderate mental health concerns and we would love your support to raise funds for our service and
programs. You can join as an individual or rally your crew and form a team. Whether you're in the gym, on duty, or in the office, your involvement will make a difference.

Make a donation: Your support helps local young people access the mental health services and programs advocated by the 2025 headspace Tuggeranong Youth Reference Group Members.
