About
headspace South Melbourne provides early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
We can help young people with mental health, physical health (including sexual health), alcohol and other drug services, and work and study support.
To make an initial appointment or to speak to someone, you can call us on (03) 8850 4180 or fill out an online referral form.
If you're not feeling up to contacting us yourself, you can ask a family member, friend, teacher, doctor or someone close to you to make the call with you.

- Tuesday: 9:30am - 6:00pm
- Wednesday: 9:30am - 6:00pm
- Thursday: 9:30am - 6:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Saturday: Closed
- Sunday: Closed
headspace South Melbourne is operated by Access Health and Community. All headspace services are funded by the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care. Administration of funding is carried out by the headspace centre’s local Primary Health Network, in this case, South Eastern Melbourne PHN.
Services
If you live near our headspace centre in a rural area but cannot travel in to see us, you can see our mental health workers online.
Workers either on site or linked to the centre who can assist you with any alcohol or other drug concern.
Mental health workers – which may include psychologists, psychiatrists, counsellors and other workers – that can help if you're just not feeling yourself.
Workers either on site or linked to the centre who can assist you with work or study opportunities.
