Healthy headspace Skills Workshops Now Open

We're excited to announce that headspace Queanbeyan is now offering FREE Healthy headspace Skills Workshops for young people and their parents and carers! These skill-based workshops are designed to provide brief and valuable psychoeducation and practical coping skills on a variety of topics to help manage their mental health and wellbeing.

What are the Healthy headspace Workshops?

These workshops are focused on equipping young people and their families with brief, yet impactful, tools and strategies to improve their mental wellbeing. Each workshop will be led by one of our headspace clinicians and a Masters psychology student from the University of Canberra, ensuring that you receive the highest quality guidance and support.

Who can attend these workshops?

The workshops are open to anyone aged 12 to 25, and parents or carers are welcome to attend if they are accompanied by a young person within that age range. It's a great opportunity for families to learn together and support each other through these discussions!
