Hey there! Welcome to headspace Midland!
Check out the video below for a tour of our centre, led by one of our amazing young people!
When you first visit us at headspace Midland, we’ll kick things off with a Single Session. This 90-minute session is your time to get some support, talk about what’s been going on, and share how you’ve been feeling. We’ll focus on one or two main issues, but don’t worry—we’ll keep other concerns in mind too. This way, we can tackle the most important stuff first.
At the end of the session, we’ll discuss if you want ongoing support. We have lots of options for long-term help, and you can check them out here. We are open Monday to Friday.
One option is the Private Practitioners Pathway. Want to learn more? Watch this video: Private Practitioner Pathway
Each time you come to headspace, you’ll fill out a quick digital survey called a hapi survey. Curious about these surveys and why they’re important? Check out this video: hapi Survey
While you're waiting for your appointment, we’ve got an awesome app called MOST. It’s full of mental health resources, lets you connect with other young people for support, and even chat with mental health pros if you need to talk sooner. Interested? Let us know and we can refer you. Watch this video for more information: All about MOST
