Music for Mental Health

A 7-week program starting on August 18th, running every Thursday from 4:30pm-5:30pm at headspace Melton.

Music for Mental Health is a safe space for young people to explore and express themselves through music & connect with other music lovers. 



Anyone ages 12-25 years can join this community music program.

No prior music experience required.

WHO: Anyone aged 12-25 | this group is facilitated by a student Music Therapist

What will we be doing?


 Listening, sharing & discussing music together

Songwriting - leading to a professional recording in a music studio

Improvisation, artistic expression & music playing
