Tuning in to Teens is a research-based, six-week program that helps parents and carers of young people aged 10 to 18 develop practical, emotionally intelligent parenting skills.

Starts: Friday 30 October 2026

Time: 12pm to 1:30pm

Duration: Six weekly sessions, 1.5 hours each
