The Youth Mental Health Services at the Brain
and Mind Centre will CLOSE on Monday 19th
December 2016 and will RE-OPEN on Tuesday
3rd January 2017.
Please discuss your care needs over this period with your
clinician before we close.

For all young people supported by The Early Intervention in Psychosis Service please call 9515 9000 during business hours for assistance.
General Practitioners (doctors) can provide support and assistance for mental health problems, as well as provide referrals for more specialised services if needed.

www.eheadspace.org.au is a confidential, free and secure space where young people
12 - 25 or their family can chat, email or speak on the phone with a qualified youth mental health professional

www.ecouch.anu.edu.au is an interactive online self-help program for young people
experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship breakdown and grief and loss.

www.mycompass.org.au is an interactive online self-help program for people over
18yrs old, who are experiencing mild to moderate stress, anxiety and depression.

www.smilingmind.com.au
is a unique mindfulness meditation web and app based
program for young people.

www.reachout.com provides specially targeted information to help any young person who visits the service. When they visit ReachOut.com, a young person will be guided
to practical tools designed just for their needs, even when they don’t know what they’re looking for.

www.mindspot.org.au is a free service for people over the age of 18 with stress,
worry, anxiety, low mood or depression. They provide mental health Screening Assessments; Treatment Courses and they help people find local services that can
help.
