New missed appointment and late cancellation fee for Private Practitioners only
headspace Frankston is introducing a missed appointment and late cancellation fee for our Private Practitioners only. From March 9th, a $30 fee will apply if: - You do not attend your appointment, or - You cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice Our Private Practitioners are only paid when sessions go ahead. When an appointment is missed without notice, they don’t get paid for their time. The fee helps us keep Medicare rebated services available for young people. -
