Beyond the physical benefits, yoga exercises are also well known for reducing anxiety and stress. The focus on breathing within the practice of yoga has also been seen to help reduce stress and even aide people who suffer from insomnia.

No matter whether you're a beginner or a pro, our classes are designed to be enjoyed by all.

Each class will guide participants through poses while teaching them the benefits to the mind and body. There'll also be a strong focus in each session on relaxation and mindfulness exercises participants get the rest, re-calibration, stillness and calming of the body & mind that helps to settle agitated mental and emotional states.
