Music Therapy for HSC Students

May 2017 Music Therapy Flyer FINAL2

Is the HSC stressing you out? Would you like to learn about how music can help?

Music therapy is a research-based practice in which music is used to actively support people as they strive to improve their health, functioning, and well-being. Our registered Music Therapist, Hanna Tsoi, uses the power of music and music-making to help young people get through tough times. In this free 5 week program, you’ll learn some techniques for managing HSC stress through relaxation and the enjoyment of music of all kinds. No musical experience is necessary – the focus is on having fun and using a variety of musical activities to encourage creativity and mindfulness.

Starts: Thursday 4th May 5:30pm – 7:00pm
Where: headspace Chatswood, 30 Devonshire St Chatswood NSW 2067
