Was getting fitter one of your new year's resolutions? Have you always wanted to get active but didn't really know where to start? Have you heard that exercise is one of the most proven ways to help manage your mental health?
.....Introducing Momentum, our new FREE group exercise program!
Momentum is a fun, high energy workout class that caters to all fitness levels no matter if you're just starting out or even if you're Arnie. Developed and run in conjunction with Balanced Bodies Lifestyle Clinic, the class is for 16-25 year olds who are interested in getting active to help manage some of their mental health monsters like depression and anxiety.
Run by an accredited Exercise Physiologist, the class runs weekly for 8 weeks beginning on Thursday the 16th of February at Crunch Fitness, Chatswood.
