headspace Bribie Island LGBTQIAP+ Group is ON!

The headspace Bribie Island LGBTQIAP+ Group aims to provide a safe and inclusive space for all young people aged 12-25.

During these sessions we will explore discussions on identity, community and support.

Topics covered may include coming out, gender and sexual identity, mental health, self-care, building resilience, navigating relationships, and mental health. The group also fosters understanding of diverse experiences within the LGBTQIAP+ community, promotes self-empowerment, and encourages advocacy for equality. By offering workshops, discussions, and social activities, the group supports personal growth, builds community, and helps young people embrace their authentic selves.
