Just Breathe Session
Just Breathe provides young people aged 12-25 with an opportunity to develop a 'toolbox' of stress reduction strategies that they can incorporate into their day whenever and wherever they are.
Research has shown that five minutes of mindfulness a day can help to re-focus, and improve, how our brain functions.
The Just Breathe program is aimed at helping participants build their skills in managing their mental health, providing strategies to manage and reduce their stress levels.
