get into life this winter holidays

Looking after your mental health doesn't always have to mean making big changes. Small things like staying active, connecting with others, trying something new, getting enough sleep, eating well and learning ways to manage tough times can all make a difference to your wellbeing.

This winter, headspace Batemans Bay (including Moruya) and headspace Narooma are encouraging young people to get into life by bringing these healthy headspace tips to life through a free Winter School Holiday Program.

Whether it's kayaking, playing putt putt golf, meeting new people through Dungeons & Dragons, trying an equine workshop, relaxing at a movie session or dropping into Rainbow Connect, every activity is designed to help young people build connections, stay active, have fun and support a healthy headspace in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

The program is open to young people aged 12–25 who live, work or study in the Eurobodalla. All activities are free, with ticketed activities requiring registration as places are limited.
