Telehealth Platform Update

Accessing a secure platform for headspace appointments ensures privacy and confidentiality, which fosters a safe environment for open communication and support.

We have been working in the background to move across to Microsoft Teams for telehealth appointments as a more secure and encrypted platform than Zoom.

Our centre will be transitioning all telehealth appointments from Zoom to Microsoft Teams starting Monday 5th August 2024.

We have created detailed instructions for young people using our telehealth services on how to join Microsoft Teams appointments.
