PATS program to run in September school holidays

PATS (Paying Attention to Self) is a peer support program for young people aged 12-18 years of age whose parent is affected by mental illness.

It aims to provide illness education and prevention by increasing knowledge of mental health and illness, coping strategies which assist with resiliency skills and improve their sense of connection with peers, family and their greater community. PATS provides participants with the opportunity to share their experiences and be supported by other young people in a situation similar to their own.
