Connect with us 1:1

Talk online or over the phone to a trained clinician for 1-on-1 support. Open 9am – 1am AEST 7 days a week. It’s a confidential, free and a safe space to talk about what’s going on with your young person.

Group chats led by clinicians

Trained mental health clinicians host regular informative sessions on current topics experienced in our communities.

Join the community

It can be helpful to talk to other adults and share your experiences. Join the Adults Supporting Young People online community, with group chats fortnightly Mondays between 6:30pm - 9:45pm AEST.

Self-help information

Discover articles and transcripts of previous group chats to help family and carers understand the challenges a young person may be facing, and how to support. Topics include anxiety, depression, eating disorders and more.
