Survey for parents - eheadspace live info sessions

eheadspace is an online and telephone mental health support service by headspace for young people and their families and friends. An eheadspace live info session is another way for young people and their families and friends to ask professionals some questions in a totally anonymous and online environment. You can view previous eheadspace live info sessions here.   

To help eheadspace improve this service in 2016, if you are a parent of a young person, please complete this five-question survey by Sunday 18 October to help us understand when would be an appropriate time to host an eheadspace live info session and what topics you would like to see covered. Please note a separate survey will be sent next week asking for the feedback of young people.
