Nathan Hindmarsh launches the headspace Fathers Campaign

Nathan spoke to an audience about the importance of starting conversations with young people, especially if they show signs of distress, concerns or worry. Alongside Nathan was headspace CEO, Jason Trethowan, who stressed that there are mental health services available to young people and their families, which includes headspace.

A moving story from Adry, a youth member from headspace Bondi Junction, spoke about his relationship with his dad and urged parents to support their children if there are issues that are tough and challenging to deal with.
