eheadspace live info session: starting the new year right
Whether you're starting another year of high school, waiting for university or TAFE to start, looking for a job, taking a gap year or are still unsure on what to do, coping with the change can seem overwhelming.
Making decisions, getting the right advice and working out how you're going to get through the year might make you feel stressed, nervous or anxious which in turn can have an effect on your health and wellbeing.
There are a number of things you can do to help you prepare and a variety of great strategies and techniques you can try to help you cope with this transition in your life.
Take this opportunity to speak anonymously online to our mental health professionals, work & study specialists and headspace Youth National Reference Group members and hear from others about their concerns and experiences.
Join us on Thursday 19 February from 5.00-6.00pm (AEDST) for a live web chat.
