the headspace strategy

Striving for good mental health and wellbeing involves actively working to maintain connection and purpose. To help young people achieve this, we commit to supporting young people and family to learn how to support good mental health, to understand the importance of connecting to culture and community, to reduce stigma and provide safety for young people to seek help and access the right supports, when they need it and how they want it.

For the first time, we are introducing a headspace Direction which describes the overarching strategic focus for headspace. This unites all headspace services across Australia, including headspace Centres, headspace Digital Mental Health, headspace Schools and Communities, and headspace Work and Study. The headspace National Strategic Plan is informed by the headspace Direction and articulates how headspace National will contribute to the headspace Direction from 2025-2028.

Stay tuned for the launch of the headspace Direction 2025-2028.
