Interactive tools
Build your Toolkit
My Toolkit provides your own private page on the headspace website where you can build a digital mental health toolkit.
The platform helps you find content and tools that you can return to in a time of need.
Online Communities gives you a way to share and explore resources about mental health and wellbeing with a like-minded community. You can connect with others by expressing your support for shared resources or adding your own story. Any resources you find helpful in the community spaces, you can save to your personal toolkit.
Try an activity
Our interactive tools are designed to increase mental health literacy and encourage self-reflection and positive behaviour change.
There are interactive exercises that allow you to manage your own mental health. These bite-sized activities help you reflect on your own needs, build your everyday skills and set goals to improve your mental health.
Discover tips such as improving your sleep, understanding emotions, getting active or problem-solve, just by doing one of these exercises.
Interactive learning for parents and carers
A collaboration with Monash University, Partners in Parenting is a free online learning program for parents and carers of young people aged 12 to 18.
The program offers 10 self-directed modules, involving interactive activities, educational information, videos, quizzes and goal-setting exercises. Optional reflection questions can also be answered to receive tailored feedback about parenting strengths and areas to work on.
Build the skills, confidence and understanding to support a young person when challenges arise.
