About the U-THRIVE Program
U-THRIVE is a free parenting program designed for families of neurodivergent young people.
It provides practical tools and strategies to support young people with ADHD and Autism in the home environment.
Group Details
Location: headspace Upper Coomera
When: Wednesdays 4:00pm - 5:00pm.
Please contact Marcelo to express your interest and learn more about the schedule or upcoming start dates.
Format: 4-week program (ongoing cycles)

Session 2: Emotions & Environmental Influences (Wednesday 14 October 2026)
Session 3: Executive Functioning and Regulation (Wednesday 21 October 2026)
Session 4: Strength Identification and Development (Wednesday 28 October 2026)
Who's It For?
Parents and primary caregivers of young people aged 12-17 years who have been diagnosed with ADHD or Autism, are suspected of being neurodivergent

About the U-THRIVE NEXT Program
U-THRIVE NEXT is a psychoeducational program that helps young people (16-25) understand ADHD and Autism, recognise their strengths and challenges, and develop practical skills for executive functioning, emotional regulations, and everyday wellbeing.

About Alphabet Soup
Alphabet Soup is a safe, welcoming space to make new friends, be yourself and link in with other LGBTQIA+ young people!
Build connections in our peer-led space, have fun or relax in a supportive environment. Snacks and activities provided.

About Dungeons & Dragons (D&D)
D&D is a tabletop role-playing game where you get to create your own character or use one of our pre-made ones to join in an adventure. Use your imagination in battles, quests and interactions with the environment and other characters. Any skill level is welcome so come along and try something new while making friends. *Dice provided*
