headspace Day 2025 | Promoting youth wellbeing

On Thursday 9th October 2025 headspace Swan Hill celebrated headspace Day and the theme make space.

Our team visited schools in the area for pancake breakfasts and activities, as well as a Tradie's Breaky at SuniTAFE. headspace branded coffee cups were distributed to local cafes to encourage everyone to make space even when busy.

In the afternoon, we hosted an open centre to give community the opportunity to come through, see the centre and engage in different activities that promote mental wellbeing and the make space message.
