Spring is here (yay!), making it a little easier to get out of the house and take regular, small actions that form healthy habits. By doing so, we can better manage feelings of isolation, lack of motivation, fatigue and anxiety or stress. We encourage you to spend just a few minutes each day on something that helps you to slow down a little, create a routine, connect with someone or take a moment to breathe... small steps start big things!
