eheadspace tries to offer as many young people as possible, high quality mental health support and information. We know that sometimes we can't get to everyone who logs on toeheadspace. The eheadspace group chat session is another way to ask a professional some questions in a totally anonymous environment.
Sometimes it's hard to know what to say. If you're not sure you're ready to get help; in person, on the phone, or online, 'eheadspace group chat session' might be a good place to start.

For fathers and other men supporting young people
Thursday 5 May 12.00pm (AEST)
Fathers and male role models play a very important part in supporting young people, through tough and not so tough times. Sometimes it’s difficult to know the difference between normal adolescent behaviour, such as moodiness and irritability, and an emerging mental health problem. Recognising warning signs early and knowing what to do if you think something is wrong can make a big difference, however it can be challenging to raise sensitive issues and to know how to support young people.
Take this opportunity to speak anonymously online to our mental health professionals to raise your questions and hear from others about their concerns and experiences with young people and help-seeking.
