If you or someone you know wants to see one of our counsellors, you can get the process started in a few different ways. Here's a quick breakdown of your options.

Referring to headspace

If you're looking for support for yourself or a friend/sibling, or if you're a parent/carer looking for support for a young person, you can:

  • fill out the online referral form
  • call or email us
  • drop in to the centre
  • ask a doctor, teacher, case worker, or other professional to fill out a referral form for you

Don't worry - you don't need a GP referral, a Medicare card, or even Australian citizenship to access (most) headspace services.

If you're a doctor, teacher, case worker, or other professional, you might prefer to fill out a traditional professional referral form

Referring to headspace Early Psychosis

headspace Osborne Park co-locates with headspace Early Psychosis. This service provides early-intervention care for young people aged 12-25 experiencing their first episode of psychosis. To refer to the early Psychosis Program, please fill out the Early Psychosis referral form.
