The Push-Up Challenge started in 2017 with a few mates trying to get fit for summer, but while getting their bodies back in shape, they realised that it was a great way for them to keep in touch and check-in with each other.

Since then, the challenge has grownwith over200,000 Australianscompleting over173 million push-ups! But it's not just about physical fitness - these legends have helped raise over $7.52 million for mental health and suicide prevention in Australia. In 2020 alone, over $5.1 million was raised for headspace National Youth Mental Health Foundation.

This year, we're aiming for more participants and even more push-ups and that's where you come in!If you're itching to learn more and get involved, hit the links below!
