We have a range of groups both online and in person in Term 3 2020!


Refresh - Wellbeing and fitness for all levels - ages 15-25

headspace Miranda and Project Youth present Refresh, a 10 week wellbeing and social group. 
Each week will include an activity such as cooking on a budget, beach cleanup and creative sessions, followed by a 45 minute workout with a PT, suitable for all levels - perfect if you'd like to meet some new people and try out some fitness in a friendly  non-judgemental atmosphere!

Places are strictly limited so please register asap if you would like to attend.

Mondays 4pm-6pm at Project Youth Miranda 

24th August - 21st September and 12th october  - 9th November ( break for school holidays after 5 weeks)

How to Adult 

headspace Miranda presents ‘how to adult’, a free 6-week group for 16-25 year olds to learn all the basics of how to be an adult

The group covers:

-    how to get job-ready

-    our health system 

-    how to budget

-    taxes & superannuation (we promise to make this fun)

-    what’s involved in owning a car

-    how to achieve balance

The group runs on Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm via Zoom, starting 6th August

6 week nutrition group open to ages 12-25 via zoom  4:00-5:00 PM Wednesdays, starting August 5th 2020

Ever wondered how the food you eat can affect your mood, memory, energy, skin and almost every other function your body can perform?

Each week we will cover a new nutrition topic in a fun, interactive and easy to understand way. We will look at nutrients, vitamins & minerals and understand what they are, which foods do they come from and most importantly why do our bodies need them.


We will cover topics such as:

  • What are carbs and sugars?
  • What are nutrients ? How they get from the food into our body, detailed look at how the food is broken down, absorbed & how the nutrients are used by the body
  • Nutrients for mental health
  • How to read and understand labels and healthy eating guidelines
  • Easy and healthy food swaps – how to make your favourite meals healthier



Study without Stress

A free 8 week online group equipping you with the tools & strategies to overcome stress associated with study.

Registrations are open to any young people that are in Years 10-12.

Due to the popularity of these groups, we are running one (almost) every day in Term 3!
