healthy headspace workshops - term 1 2021

This term we are running our healthy headspace workshops for young people aged 12-15 years. These workshops will be online.  They’ll be running 4-5pm on the following dates;

Week 1 Sleeping Well  – Thursday 11th Feb

Week 2 Master your moods - Thursday 18th Feb

Week 3 Get relaxed - Thursday 25th Feb

Week 4 Boost your confidence – Thursday 4th March

Week 5 Keep your cool  - Thursday 11th March

Week 6 Say it straight  - Thursday 18th March

These are weekly workshops where you can learn essential skills to improve your emotional health and wellbeing. The workshops cover a different topic each week, so you if you can’t (or don’t want to) attend all of them, you have the option to pick and choose the sessions you think you would benefit from the most.

There is no expectation for you to have your camera on or use your microphone during the session, however you do need to have a working microphone and camera. All the activities have been designed for you to complete activities individually without having the need to interact with others.
