Groups galore at headspace Meadowbrook!
Come and check out some of the awesome, supportive and welcoming groups happening at our centre!
Bloom Group: A group that aims to empower and encourage young women experiencing mental health issues. The group supports attendees in thinking about and discussing different aspects of their life and mental health, whilst creating unique pieces of craft.
Family and Friends Group: An opportunity to meet other family and friends of young people at headspace Meadowbrook. This is your time to share any issues you would like to discuss and get some support from people sharing similar experiences.
Anxiety Group: Is anxiety getting in the way of everyday tasks? This is an opportunity to not only meet other young people experiencing anxiety, but to take away a helpful tools to better understand and cope with anxiety.
Jam Group: A space to play and listen to music with other young people 12-25 years old.
Mates Space: For young men aged 12-25 years old. This group is a supported environment where attendees can hang out and take part in different activities whilst also finding ways to cope with varying mental health issues.
