20 Aug 2016 Your funds are making a difference! Last year we raised $5427 which allowed Cornerstone and headspace to launch a program that proactively builds resilience and mindfulness. It's like mind gym! The benefits are that for many youth it empowers them to manage the way their mind thinks and copes with situations. It will also be an early intervention opportunity for those in need of more individual clinical counselling, but also decongest waiting lists so more urgent cases can be seen earlier. This type of program has only been made possible because of funding by Blue Sky Ball!
