Christmas and the holiday period can be a challenge for lots of people. It's important to look after ourselves during this time.

headspace Joondalup will be closed from Friday 22nd December at 4pm - Tuesday 2nd January at 8:30am. During the break there are many services that you can contact if you need support. No matter what day, date or time, there is always someone who can help you & listen.
