The annual GPH Consumer and Carer Surveys will be available from Feb 1st, and open for the whole of February.
There are two surveys, one for consumers, and one for carers.
The surveys take approx. 5 minutes maximum to complete, and can be completed online.

There is an incentive this year to complete the surveys- a draw to win a 9th generation 64GB ipad, valued at $550. At the end of the survey there is the option to submit your phone number to go into the draw to win. Surveys will remain anonymous.
