Grand Pacific Health Satisfaction Survey 2024

The annual GPH Consumer and Carer Surveys will be available from Feb 1^st, and open for the whole of February.

The surveys take approx. 5 minutes maximum to complete, and can be completed online.

There is an incentive this year to complete the surveys- a draw to win a Galaxy Tab A9+. At the end of the survey there is the option to submit your phone number to go into the draw to win. Surveys will remain anonymous.
