we have plenty of fun and free social groups available this term at headspace Gladstone! Come on over and meet the team here at headspace Gladstone! You don't have to be a part of our service to come along. Our groups are open for all young people aged 12-25.

Chill n Chat with a sensory friendly space - Monday afternoons from 3:45pm-4:45pm

Come in on a Monday afternoon from hang out in our chill space. We have plenty of board games and card games to enjoy! If that's not your jam we also have a PS4 and Nintendo Switch, so if you have a favourite game, bring it along!

Live in Colour - Wednesday Afternoons 3:45pm-4:45pm

If you've got a flair for crafting, painting, or just making cool things with your friends, we've got the perfect place for you - Live in Colour. No need to be a pro; just bring your imagination and have fun!
